We believe the best renovation starts by understanding what is already worth keeping. Rather than beginning with demolition, we look for the strengths of the existing home — its character, structure, materials, orientation or history — and build from there. The aim is to retain what is good, demolish less and spend money where it matters most.

Sometimes that means a small addition that completely changes how a family lives. Elsewhere it might mean opening a house to its garden, bringing light into previously dark rooms, improving circulation or carefully reworking an existing plan so the home simply works harder.
